Brandon is a third-generation floor sander and a local to Durham. With skills passed down through decades of experience, he brings both tradition and expertise to every project, ensuring each floor is finished with care, precision, and pride.

Ethan has been a long time family friend of the Partin family and started working with them in early 2025. He and his wife live in beautiful Holly Springs, NC and has been doing wood working before this for over 20 years.  Ethan enjoys woodworking and sports and serving in his local church.  

Freddie took over Partin's floor sanding in the early 90's after his father decided to retire. A local to Durham, NC, he carried on his fathers legacy of craftsmanship and quality.  He has now passed the business on to his son Brandon, but still helps training and advice on jobs.
